Neurodivergent Therapy .
Many neurodivergent people spend years feeling misunderstood, "too much," "too sensitive," or as though they have to work harder than everyone else simply to navigate daily life. Whether you identify as autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, or otherwise neurodivergent, therapy can offer a space where your experiences are understood through a neuroaffirming lens rather than viewed as something to be fixed. As a therapist I work from a compassionate, evidence-informed and neuroaffirming perspective.
I provide individual psychotherapy for neurodivergent adults both in Dublin city centre and online across Ireland. My work is grounded in an integrative, trauma-informed and client-centred approach. I aim to create a therapeutic relationship where you feel accepted as you are. Together, we can explore the impact that family experiences, relationships, social expectations and life events have had on your wellbeing, while also recognising the strengths, creativity and resilience that often accompany neurodivergence.
Therapy is collaborative. I don't believe there is one "right" way to think, communicate or experience the world. Instead, I work alongside you to understand what helps you thrive.
Alongside my private practice, I work as a psychotherapist with a specialist neuroaffirmative service supporting neurodivergent individual. This specialist work has deepened my understanding of the unique experiences of autistic and ADHD clients, including masking, identity, burnout, emotional regulation, relationships and the impact of navigating a world designed primarily for neurotypical people.
